1. Shipping Methods & Costs
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Express Shipping available for $9.99.
2. Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated transit times are as follows:
Standard Shipping (Free) — 7–15 business days
Express Shipping ($9.99) — 6–10 business days
Your total estimated delivery from the day you place your order is approximately 8–18 business days for Standard Shipping and 7–13 business days for Express Shipping.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Address Accuracy — Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Duties — For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Unforeseen Delays — Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Return & Refund
Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@evacozy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size or style, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, slippers that have been worn cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This applies to size exchanges as well.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details — including size and shipping address — are correct before completing your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@evacozy.com.
If your order has not been shipped within 40 days of the order date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at info@evacozy.com to request your refund, and we will process it promptly.
