To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@evacozy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Product Description
These men's outdoor comfort clogs feature a high-density EVA ventilation grid upper with instant mud-and-sand drainage, an ergonomic arch-contoured massaging footbed, an adjustable dual-wear heel strap, and a thick rugged all-terrain anti-slip traction outsole — a gardener-and-homeowner clog built for active backyard work, wet grass, muddy beds, and boat deck use with therapeutic circulation stimulation underfoot.
- Ventilation grid upper with instant drainage: Advanced airflow design circulates air freely on hot days while draining mud, sand, and water instantly during backyard projects, garden irrigation, and poolside use.
- Ergonomic arch-contoured massaging footbed: Interior texture stimulates circulation and reduces muscle fatigue after long hours of standing in the garden, on the driveway, or at poolside — therapeutic relief built directly into the all-terrain clog.
- Adjustable dual-wear heel strap: Flips back for a locked-in secure fit during active garden walking and outdoor chores, or pushes forward for effortless slip-on mule configuration during poolside relaxation.
- Thick rugged all-terrain anti-slip traction outsole: Heavy-duty grip handles wet grass, slippery boat decks, muddy garden beds, and smooth concrete reliably — a more aggressive outdoor tread than standard leisure clog outsoles.
- Lightweight high-density EVA all-terrain build: Single-piece construction resists mud absorption, wipes clean in seconds, and stays remarkably light despite the heavy-duty outdoor traction sole.
- Garden-to-poolside versatility: Transitions from hosing down the driveway and backyard projects to pool deck relaxation without a footwear change — one clog for the full outdoor weekend routine.
Ideal for homeowners and gardeners who need outdoor comfort clogs with instant drainage, ergonomic massaging footbed, a dual-wear heel strap, and all-terrain anti-slip grip for garden, poolside, and wet outdoor utility use.
