To start a return, you can contact us at info@evacozy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Product Description
These EvaCozy unisex waterproof thickened winter slippers feature a moisture-repelling exterior shell that handles slush, rain, and kitchen spills, an extra-dense thickened plush lining for superior thermal insulation, a lightweight cushioned impact-absorbing footbed, and a robust non-slip rubber outsole — a heavy-duty unisex waterproof platform mule engineered for the coldest floors and light outdoor wet-weather exposure beyond what standard lined slippers handle.
- Heavy-duty moisture-repelling exterior shell: Advanced waterproof construction shields feet from morning dew, slush, rain, and accidental kitchen spills with a robust exterior that outperforms standard fabric-shell and down-cloth winter slippers in wet and slushy outdoor conditions.
- Extra-dense thickened plush lining for superior insulation: Greater lining density than standard plush slippers traps more body heat on the coldest floors while maintaining breathability — engineered specifically for the most demanding cold-temperature indoor and outdoor winter environments.
- Lightweight cushioned impact-absorbing footbed: Comfortable base absorbs walking shock and reduces pressure during extended cold-season indoor standing and movement without adding unnecessary platform bulk.
- Robust non-slip rubber outsole for icy pavement: Exceptional traction on slick hardwood, icy pavement, and wet bathroom tiles — handles genuine outdoor icy surface conditions that indoor-only slipper outsoles are not rated for.
- Unisex platform mule for household sharing: Available across men's and women's sizing in a practical waterproof design suitable for shared household cold-season use and holiday gifting for both men and women.
- Maximum winter protection positioning: The combination of waterproof shell, thickened lining, and icy-surface outsole makes these the highest-protection winter slipper in the range for households in genuinely cold and wet climates.
Ideal for men and women in cold wet climates who want unisex waterproof thickened winter slippers with a heavy-duty moisture-repelling shell, extra-dense insulation, and icy-surface rubber grip for maximum cold-season indoor and outdoor protection.
