To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@evacozy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@evacozy.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Product Description
These EvaCozy unisex warm lined clog slippers feature a full closed-back heel counter for stair-safe step security, a dense ultra-soft fleece lining, a flexible high-density foam midsole, and a heavy-duty anti-slip rubber outsole — a closed-back clog-structure unisex house shoe for men and women who need full heel retention and stair stability that open-back mules and slides cannot provide.
- Full closed-back heel counter for stair security: Supportive full-heel enclosure keeps the slipper securely on the foot during stair use and active home movement — eliminates the heel slippage that open-back mules and scuffs create on stairs and during fast indoor walking.
- Dense ultra-soft fleece lining: Full interior fleece coverage cocoons feet in luxurious warmth from morning to night, providing the ultimate thermal barrier against freezing hardwood floors and chilly drafts.
- Flexible high-density foam midsole: Lightweight plush cushioning absorbs shock and reduces heel pressure throughout extended all-day home office wear and indoor movement.
- Heavy-duty anti-slip rubber outsole: Reliable secure grip on slick indoor tiles and outdoor walkways for mailbox runs and quick patio trips without traction compromise.
- Unisex clog silhouette for household sharing: Classic clog structure available across men's and women's sizing — a practical shared household insulated indoor-outdoor shoe for couples and families.
- True indoor-outdoor transitional capability: Rubber outsole and closed-back structure handle outdoor walkway and driveway use that fleece-only slippers with soft soles cannot manage safely.
Ideal for men and women who want unisex warm lined clog slippers with full heel counter stair security, fleece insulation, foam cushioning, and rubber anti-slip grip for closed-back indoor-outdoor cold-season house shoe use.
